I have a post graduate honors degree in commerce that I read for over a four-year period at university. I am the author of the Darius Education System's arts and science of learning. At that time I was in grade nine and my grades, although mostly reflecting the effort I was putting in, were not good, as I always felt that any effort was wasted, as even when I tried hard and studied for hours, my grades did not improve. Reduce the amount of studying you need to do!

The next module of the course shows you, once again in a step-by-step manner, how to take notes by selecting keywords that reduce the amount of studying you need to do, and also greatly enhance your ability to remember. Together with note taking techniques, the course covers three of the most commonly taught notes taking methods. The reason the course covers three methods is that not everybody works or thinks in the same way.
Note taking - Method 1
The first method for note taking focuses on straight-line logic, a technique which is useful for people who have great logical ability, or are very artistic, but struggled to focus their thoughts. This method is also the method most recommended to be used by novice students, as it lays a solid foundation that teachers the student to ask and answer questions in a logical manner.
Note taking - Method 2
The second method for note taking, is a more advanced version of method number one, and is more suitable for more advanced students, as it does not have the questioning task built-in. This method is generally used after students and learners feel confident enough in their studies after using method number one for a period of time.
Note taking - Method 3
The third method is an adaptation of mind mapping. Classical mind mapping users shape, colour and positioning to help you remember. Classical mind mapping works very well if you are artistic, have a lot of time, and can discipline your mind. The Darius Education System's adaptation of this method makes the system work better, even for people who are not artistic, as the adaptation integrates straight-line logic with the artistic origin of mind mapping.

Before the Darius Education System came along learning was not something I enjoyed. Learning and fun was never in the same sentence for me and probably is the same case for most teenagers. I'm not saying I enjoyed studying because no one ever really does. What I'm saying is that the fun ways of learning how to learn do tend to make it easier to let the work sink in.
When learning a skill or relearning a skill you weren't doing property you don't think of the learning as being fun, you actually think of it as being dreadful.
The great thing about Darius education system is that they fuse the fun of games into learning problems, like they actually make learning fun.
It would also be a hit with children and teenagers who have learning problems. I've been diagnosed with ADHD which really means I find it hard to learn and concentrate if I'm not interested. For some funny reason I was able to concentrate with the Darius system, my conclusion for that was I was interested with the games which in the long run helped me learn.
When learning and fun are fused it creates a great system that will definitely make it easier for 'normal' children and children with learning problems alike to learn and let the work sink in.
